Управління коопераційними зв’язками підприємства

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено розвитку теоретико-методичних та науково-практичних засад управління коопераційними зв’язками підприємства. В роботі узагальнено сутність поняття «коопераційні зв’язки», уточнено і доповнено понятійний апарат, досліджено економічну сутність, зміст та умови здійснення коопераційних відносин у господарській діяльності підприємства Встановлено склад та визначено характер дії факторів внутрішнього середовища та зовнішнього оточення підприємства, які визначають стан та спрямованість розвитку коопераційних зв’язків підприємств. На базі проведеного аналізу зазначених факторів, розроблено методичний підхід до вибору пріоритетних організаційних форм коопераційного співробітництва за результатами оцінки рівня мінливості ринкових, внутрішньовиробничих і факторів ресурсного забезпечення зовнішнього та внутрішнього походження. Проведено аналіз стану та перспектив розвитку коопераційного співробітництва підприємств машинобудівної галузі промисловості України, дана оцінка рівня організації та управління коопераційними зв’язками машинобудівних підприємств. Визначено особливості організації та управління коопераційними зв’язками підприємств машинобудівної галузі. Розроблено методичний підхід до стратегічного і поточного планування коопераційних відносин підприємства. Обґрунтовано методичні рекомендації щодо формування політики розвитку коопераційного співробітництва підприємства. Запропоновано методичний підхід до вибору підприємств-кандидатів до коопераційного співробітництва на основі використання методу функціонально-вартісного аналізу.

The dissertation is devoted development of theoretic-methodical and scientifically-practical bases of management by cooperation links of the enterprise. In work the essence of concept «cooperation links» is generalised, the conceptual device is specified and added, the economic essence, the maintenance and conditions of realisation of cooperation relations in enterprise economic activities is investigated. The structure is established and character of action of factors of the internal environment and an external environment of the enterprise which define a condition and an orientation of development of cooperation links of the enterprises is defined. On the basis of the spent analysis of factors internal and an enterprise environment, the methodical approach to a choice of priority forms of the organisation of cooperation links by results of an estimation of level of variability market, intraindustrial and factors of resource maintenance of an external and internal origin is developed. The analysis of a condition and prospects of development of cooperation links of the enterprises of a machine-building industry of Ukraine is carried out, the estimation of level of the organisation and management of cooperation links of the machine-building enterprises is given. Features of the organisation and management of cooperation relations of the enterprises of a machine-building complex are defined. The methodical approach to strategic and to routine planning of cooperation relations of the enterprise is developed. Methodical recommendations concerning formation of a policy of development of cooperation links of the enterprise are proved. The methodical approach of a choice of the enterprises-candidates of cooperation relations on the basis of use of a method of the is functional-cost analysis is offered.
