Abstract: | In the article the definition of social responsibility accumulative pension system subjects the has been improved, external and internal motives, advantages and risks of introduction and implementation of their social responsibility have been identified, the stakeholders of social responsibility of accumulative pension system subjects has been formed, their needs have been analyzed, the results of increasing social responsibility of accumulative pension system subjects have been determined. Qualitative indicators of social responsibility of accumulative pension system subjects have been determined. Providing decent and safe conditions works as an important direction of increase of social responsibility of accumulative pension system subjects has been defined. The directions of increasing their social responsibility based on the growth of professional competence of specialists in the formation of the system of funded pension provision has been identified. The inclusion of a certain list of key general, special and professional competencies in the program has been substantiated. |
