| Abstract: | Logistics planning and management combines the functional areas of supply, transportation, production, sales of products in order to minimize the total costs of the system as a whole. The creation of such a concept of logistics, which sets significantly higher requirements for the management of logistics activities, respectively, the adoption of management decisions that are optimal from the point of view of the system-wide approach. |
