| Abstract: | The management of the development of innovation potential in Ukraine requires a multifaceted approach that involves a combination of government policies, private sector initiatives as well as the participation of educational and research institutions. Here are some key strategies that could be implemented: creating a conducive environment for innovation; innovations depend on the quality and quantity of human resources; building research and development capabilities; supporting start-ups; promotion of an international collaboration; overall, the development of innovation potential in Ukraine requires a long-term commitment from all stakeholders. |
