Краткий осмотр (реферат): Information Communication Technology (ICT) has brought new opportunities to restructure the language learning and teaching methods. Nowadays, ICT has opened new possibilities and brought new challenges to language learners as well as lectures. The responsibility for learning language has changed from teachers towards students. However, it should be noted that modern language teachers determine the quality of the learning process. So the aim of our investigation is to highlight the potentialities of ICT as an extremely effective tool for foreign language teaching. Information and communication technology of education (ICT) is a set of methods and technical means of implementing information technologies based on computer networks and means of ensuring an effective process.. So the use of a computer at English lessons allows teachers to make the learning process mobile, strictly differentiated and individual. Nowadays it's very important to develop different soft skills and there is a separate type of soft skills which is called information management and we define it as the skills in an analysis, design, development, operation, maintenance and organization of the database as well as managing information in accordance with and contributing to the operations of the agency or organization. This research directed us to investigate ICT methods of teaching English at universities to integrate them in the classroom to enhance 21st century learning skills which included information literacy and media; collaboration and communication, dynamic content presentation and information access, sharing and creation, interaction and reflection. Thus, the article deals with the educational tools which are included in ICT. Information Communication Technology and the Internet resources are a powerful foundation for the development of students` education and self-education, professional and personal interests and needs. With the help of Information Communication Technologies teaching methods become more creative and motivate students to learn English and understand language phenomena, to form linguistic abilities and skills, to create real communicative situations. A combination of traditional teaching methods with the latest technologies make the educational process more flexible and dynamic and contribute to a positive result.
