Features of execution of public government bodies control

Abstract

The features of the implementation of control by public sector bodies to ensure the effective work of public authorities aimed at increasing the quality and standard of living of the population, the material well-being of citizens are studied. The issue of modernization of public administration, activation of the role of public authorities is considered , which determines the expediency of increasing the efficiency of the system of control over the activities of controlled entities and requires the development of measures to improve the regulatory and legal field of public control. Control is studied as a social phenomenon, the effective organization of which is currently necessary for the development of public administration institutions with the effective use of available resource provision. The features of the implementation of effective control in the field of public administration are studied, which ensures the interaction of all branches of state power and acquires the character of a single system under the condition of mutually coordinated implementation of managerial, financial and administrative control. The main obstacles to effective control by public authorities have been identified, overcoming which allows the formation of a single effective system of public control to ensure the functioning of a general control system that effectively prevents all possible violations and abuses, and also points out precisely those shortcomings that exist in the objects of control and the possibility of their effective elimination in the future.
