Abstract: | The article shows options for introducing digital education tools into the company’s activities to expand human capital development opportunities. Attention is paid to the formation with the help of digital education tools of an individual training trajectory, which allows employees to increase the effectiveness of their training. It is considered employee competencies that can be developed and acquired due to digital education. |
